A quick and effortless way to satisfy a donut craving using refrigerated biscuit dough and a simple cinnamon sugar coating.

Instructions

  1. Open the can from the Dough ingredients and separate the biscuits.
  2. Use a small circular cutter or a bottle cap to cut a hole in the center of each biscuit to create the donut shape.
  3. Lightly brush both sides of the biscuit rings with the vegetable oil from the Dough ingredients.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the dough rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  6. Air fry for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and puffed.
  7. While the donuts cook, whisk together the sugar and cinnamon from the Coating ingredients in a small bowl.
  8. Remove the hot donuts from the air fryer, brush them immediately with the melted butter from the Coating ingredients, and toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  9. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and the small center 'holes' for donut holes (cook holes for only 3 minutes).
