Bacon-Wrapped Meatballs
A simple and satisfying appetizer or party snack featuring juicy meatballs wrapped in crispy bacon and glazed with a sweet and tangy sauce.
A simple and satisfying appetizer or party snack featuring juicy meatballs wrapped in crispy bacon and glazed with a sweet and tangy sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Wrap each meatball with a half slice of Bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the bacon-wrapped meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
- Brush the meatballs with half of the Sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the meatballs are cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
- Brush with the remaining Sauce during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
