Instructions
🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt Butter from Cheese Sauce ingredients over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in Salt, Pepper, and Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked Pasta to the Cheese Sauce and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine Breadcrumbs and Melted Butter from Topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the mac and cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
