BBQ Chicken Flatbread
A quick and easy flatbread featuring BBQ chicken, red onion, and mozzarella cheese. Perfect for a weeknight meal!

Paprika

Garlic powder

A quick and easy flatbread featuring BBQ chicken, red onion, and mozzarella cheese. Perfect for a weeknight meal!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Paprika, Garlic powder, and Black pepper.
- Cook Chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Shred the Chicken.
- Toss shredded Chicken with BBQ sauce.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread BBQ Chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Red onion.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with Cilantro before serving.
