1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Paprika, Garlic powder, and Black pepper.
  3. Cook Chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Shred the Chicken.
  4. Toss shredded Chicken with BBQ sauce.
  5. Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread BBQ Chicken evenly over the flatbread.
  7. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Red onion.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with Cilantro before serving.
