1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Garlic powder

A family-friendly favorite featuring juicy meatballs simmered in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, served on toasted hoagie rolls.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Roll mixture into approximately 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While meatballs are baking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add cooked meatballs to the Sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat.
  7. Slice hoagie rolls in half and place on a baking sheet. Toast lightly in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Place meatballs and sauce onto the bottom half of each hoagie roll. Top with a slice of Provolone cheese.
  9. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Top with the other half of the hoagie roll and serve immediately.
