BBQ Ranch Chicken Cornbread Cups
Savory and slightly sweet cornbread cups filled with tender BBQ ranch chicken. A comforting and easy weeknight meal.

BBQ sauce

Ranch seasoning

Cornbread mix (Jiffy)

Savory and slightly sweet cornbread cups filled with tender BBQ ranch chicken. A comforting and easy weeknight meal.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Add chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions using Cornbread ingredients.
- Fill each muffin cup about 1/3 full with cornbread batter.
- Top with marinated chicken.
- Fill remaining space in each cup with cornbread batter.
- Sprinkle with Shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
