Instructions

  1. First, marinate the Protein. In a medium bowl, combine all Protein Marinade ingredients. Add the ground beef or chicken and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. While the protein is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Wash and julienne the carrot, zucchini, and cucumber. Thinly slice the onion. Briefly blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  3. Next, cook the protein. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated protein and cook until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  4. Now, sauté the vegetables. In the same skillet, sauté the carrots and zucchini separately until slightly softened. Season each with a pinch of salt.
  5. Prepare the Sauce. In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well until smooth.
  6. Fry the eggs. Fry four eggs to your liking (sunny-side up or over easy).
  7. Assemble the bibimbap. In individual bowls, place a portion of cooked white rice. Arrange the cooked protein, sautéed vegetables, blanched spinach, and raw cucumber and onion attractively on top of the rice.
  8. Top each bowl with a fried egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately with a generous spoonful of the sauce. Mix everything together before eating.
