
Bo Luc Lac (Vietnamese Shaking Beef)
A classic Vietnamese dish featuring tender beef cubes stir-fried with onions and bell peppers in a savory sauce.

Beef sirloin-cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Oyster sauce
1 tbsp
Sesame oil
1 tsp
Black pepper-freshly ground

A classic Vietnamese dish featuring tender beef cubes stir-fried with onions and bell peppers in a savory sauce.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Add the beef cubes to the Marinade and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Heat Cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and sear on all sides until browned but still slightly pink inside, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Yellow onion and Red bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour the Sauce over the beef and vegetables and stir-fry for another minute until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with Green onions. Serve hot with rice or salad.

- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper-freshly ground
- Vegetables
- 1 Yellow onion-cut into wedges
- 1 Red bell pepper-cut into -inch pieces
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 Green onions-chopped for garnish
