Instructions
  1. Wash and trim the ends off the Cucumbers. Cut into spears or slices.
  2. In a large pot, combine all Brine ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring until Sugar and Salt are dissolved.
  3. Pack Cucumbers tightly into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Add Onion and Dill to each jar.
  4. Pour hot Brine over Cucumbers, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.
  5. Remove air bubbles and adjust lids and rings. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely before checking seals. Store in a cool, dark place.
