Brown Bean And Ham Soup

A hearty and comforting soup featuring brown beans, ham, and simple seasonings. This is a family-friendly recipe perfect for a cold day.
Instructions
- Rinse the Beans thoroughly and soak overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse again before cooking.
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the Beans, Ham, Vegetables, and Broth & Seasoning ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours, or until the beans are tender. Stir occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with Salt and Pepper as needed. Serve hot.
