Cook Spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
While noodles are cooking, prepare the Butter Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Stir in Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper. Remove from heat.
Add cooked Spaghetti to the Butter Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Prepare the Filling. In a medium bowl, combine Imitation Crab Meat, Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise, and Sriracha (if using). Mix well.
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Spread a portion of the buttered noodles onto the plastic wrap, forming a rectangle.
Spread a line of the Filling across the center of the noodles.
Using the plastic wrap, tightly roll the noodles into a sushi roll shape. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
Slice each roll into 6-8 pieces.
Garnish with Green Onion and Sesame Seeds. Serve immediately.
