Caramelized Banana Yogurt Bowls
A simple and satisfying breakfast or snack featuring caramelized bananas layered with creamy yogurt and a crunchy topping.

Yogurt-plain or vanilla

A simple and satisfying breakfast or snack featuring caramelized bananas layered with creamy yogurt and a crunchy topping.
Instructions
- Prepare the Caramel: In a medium skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Brown Sugar and stir until dissolved and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Caramelize the Bananas: Add Bananas to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and caramelized. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide Yogurt between two bowls. Top with caramelized Bananas. Sprinkle with Granola and Chopped Walnuts.
- Serve immediately.
