1 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Onion-diced
2 cloves Garlic-minced
3 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions
  1. Rinse the Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the Butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the Onion from the Aromatics group and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the Garlic from the Aromatics group and cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
  5. Add the Rice to the saucepan and toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour in the Chicken Broth from the Liquid group, and add the Salt, Pepper, and Thyme from the Seasoning group.
  7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 35-40 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  8. Fluff with a fork before serving.
