1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts-cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
4 tbsp Butter-unsalted

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the Chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the Butter over medium heat.
  6. Add the Garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Pour in the Chicken Broth and Heavy Cream. Bring to a simmer.
  8. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Cheddar Cheese and Parmesan Cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. Add the red pepper flakes (if using).
  10. Add the cooked Chicken and Pasta to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
