Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the Chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the Butter over medium heat.
- Add the Garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the Chicken Broth and Heavy Cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the Cheddar Cheese and Parmesan Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add the cooked Chicken and Pasta to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
