Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole
A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring tender chicken, broccoli, and rice in a creamy cheese sauce.

A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring tender chicken, broccoli, and rice in a creamy cheese sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook rice and chicken if not already cooked.
- Steam or microwave Broccoli Florets until tender-crisp.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in Salt, Pepper, and Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth. This is your Sauce.
- In a large bowl, combine Cooked Chicken, Cooked Rice, and Broccoli Florets.
- Pour Sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine Crushed Ritz Crackers and Melted Butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
