
Shrimp Ceviche
A refreshing and zesty shrimp ceviche, perfect for a light lunch or appetizer. This version uses readily available ingredients and is easy to prepare at home.

Shrimp-medium, peeled and deveined
1 cup
Lime juice-freshly squeezed
1/4 cup
Lemon juice-freshly squeezed
1/2 cup
Red onion-finely diced

A refreshing and zesty shrimp ceviche, perfect for a light lunch or appetizer. This version uses readily available ingredients and is easy to prepare at home.
Instructions
- Cut the Shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
- In a glass bowl, combine the Shrimp with all Citrus Marinade ingredients. Ensure the Shrimp is fully submerged in the juice.
- Cover and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes, or until the Shrimp turns opaque and pink.
- Drain the Shrimp, discarding the marinade.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Shrimp with all Vegetables and Seasoning ingredients.
- Mix well and serve immediately with tortilla chips or tostadas.
