Instructions

  1. Blanch Chicken Feet in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly to remove impurities.
  2. In a large pot, combine blanched Chicken Feet, Aromatics, Seasoning, and Chicken Broth.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 120 minutes, or until the chicken feet are very tender.
  4. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface during simmering.
  5. Season with Soy Sauce (if using) and additional Salt to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallion greens (optional).
