Instructions
- Blanch Chicken Feet in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly to remove impurities.
- In a large pot, combine blanched Chicken Feet, Aromatics, Seasoning, and Chicken Broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 120 minutes, or until the chicken feet are very tender.
- Skim off any foam that rises to the surface during simmering.
- Season with Soy Sauce (if using) and additional Salt to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallion greens (optional).
