4 Chicken breasts-boneless, skinless
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season Chicken breasts with Salt and Black pepper.
  2. Dredge Chicken breasts in All-purpose flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove Chicken breasts from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in Chicken broth and Lemon juice, bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in Heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add Artichoke hearts to the sauce and heat through.
  8. Place Chicken breasts on plates and top with Sauce. Serve immediately.
