
Copycat Cheesecake Factory Chicken Bellagio
A simplified version of the popular Cheesecake Factory dish, featuring pan-fried chicken breasts topped with a creamy lemon-butter sauce, artichoke hearts, and Parmesan cheese.

Chicken breasts-boneless, skinless

A simplified version of the popular Cheesecake Factory dish, featuring pan-fried chicken breasts topped with a creamy lemon-butter sauce, artichoke hearts, and Parmesan cheese.
Instructions
- Season Chicken breasts with Salt and Black pepper.
- Dredge Chicken breasts in All-purpose flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove Chicken breasts from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in Chicken broth and Lemon juice, bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in Heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add Artichoke hearts to the sauce and heat through.
- Place Chicken breasts on plates and top with Sauce. Serve immediately.
