  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the Yellow onion, Green bell peppers, and Jalapenos to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Diced tomatoes, Tomato paste, Kidney beans, and Pinto beans.
  4. Add the Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Cayenne pepper (if using), Smoked paprika, Salt, and Black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Pour in the Beef broth. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
