In a medium bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
While Shrimp marinates, prepare the Butter Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in Lemon Juice and Parsley. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread Shrimp onto skewers (optional).
Grill Shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
Brush grilled Shrimp with Butter Sauce. Serve immediately.
