Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the Sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Milk, Salt, and Pepper.
  4. Add the browned Sausage and cubed Bread to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
