A hearty and comforting breakfast bake featuring country sausage, eggs, cheese, and a simple bread base.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Brown the Sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Milk, Salt, and Pepper.
- Add the browned Sausage and cubed Bread to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
