Creamy Grits With Butter

Stone-Ground Grits
4 cups
Water

A comforting and simple dish of creamy grits, enriched with butter and a touch of salt. Perfect as a side for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Instructions
- Bring the Water and Salt to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Slowly whisk in the Stone-Ground Grits, reducing heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. The grits are done when they are thick and creamy.
- Stir in the Butter until melted and well combined.
- Serve immediately.
