Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta is cooking, heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in Crushed Tomatoes, Dried Oregano, Salt, and Black Pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Heavy Cream and Parmesan Cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
- Add the drained Pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water.
- Serve immediately.
