
Crispy Cheese Pancake Wraps

Simple and satisfying wraps featuring a crispy cheese pancake as the base, filled with seasoned chicken and a fresh vegetable slaw.
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Chicken until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside and slice or shred.
- Make the Cheese Pancake batter: In a separate bowl, whisk together all Cheese Pancake ingredients until smooth.
- Cook the Cheese Pancakes: Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Prepare the Slaw: In a medium bowl, combine all Slaw ingredients. Mix well.
- Assemble the Wraps: Place a Cheese Pancake on a plate. Top with sliced Chicken and a generous spoonful of Slaw. Wrap and serve immediately.
