Dinner has a soundtrack. 12 songs paced to this 60-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Cook the Elbow Macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the Butter over medium heat. Whisk in the All-Purpose Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in the Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Salt, and Black Pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine. This is your Mac and Cheese.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Milk, and Vegetable Oil for the Waffle Batter.
  6. Gently fold the Mac and Cheese into the Waffle Batter.
  7. Place the Panko Bread Crumbs in a shallow dish.
  8. Heat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Lightly grease the waffle iron.
  9. Spoon portions of the mac and cheese mixture onto the waffle iron. Sprinkle with Panko Bread Crumbs and press firmly.
  10. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining mixture.
