Crock Pot Mac And Cheese

A classic, comforting mac and cheese made easy in the slow cooker. Perfect for potlucks or a simple weeknight dinner.
Instructions
- Grease the inside of your Crock Pot.
- Add uncooked Pasta to the Crock Pot.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Stir in Salt and Pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Pour Cheese Sauce over Pasta in the Crock Pot. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on Low for 2-3 hours, or on High for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce is bubbly.
