
Egg Drop Soup
A comforting and quick egg drop soup, perfect for a light meal or appetizer. This version uses readily available ingredients and is easy to make at home.

Chicken Broth
1 tsp
Ginger-grated
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp
Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring the Broth ingredients to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer. Add the Seasoning ingredients and stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Egg Mixture ingredients until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle the Egg Mixture into the simmering broth while gently stirring in a circular motion. Continue stirring until the egg is cooked and forms delicate ribbons.
- Remove from heat and garnish with Green Onions before serving.
