
Feta Fried Rice Bowls
A quick and easy weeknight meal featuring fluffy rice, savory vegetables, and salty feta cheese.
2 cups
Cooked White Rice-cooled
1 cup
Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/2 cup
Onion-diced
2 cloves
Garlic-minced
1 cup
Cooked Chicken-diced

A quick and easy weeknight meal featuring fluffy rice, savory vegetables, and salty feta cheese.
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat Sesame Oil over medium-high heat.
- Add Onion and Garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add Frozen Mixed Vegetables and Cooked Chicken and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Push the vegetables and chicken to one side of the skillet. Add Cooked White Rice to the other side and cook for 2-3 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Combine the rice, vegetables, and chicken. Pour Sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
- Divide the fried rice into bowls and top with Feta Cheese and Green Onions.
- Serve immediately.
