1/2 cup Onion-diced
2 cloves Garlic-minced
1 cup Cooked Chicken-diced

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat Sesame Oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add Onion and Garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add Frozen Mixed Vegetables and Cooked Chicken and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Push the vegetables and chicken to one side of the skillet. Add Cooked White Rice to the other side and cook for 2-3 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
  5. Combine the rice, vegetables, and chicken. Pour Sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  7. Divide the fried rice into bowls and top with Feta Cheese and Green Onions.
  8. Serve immediately.
