  1. In a large bowl, combine all Cereal Mixture ingredients and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Yogurt Base ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add the Binding Agent to the Yogurt Base and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the Yogurt Base over the Cereal Mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into an 8x8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  7. Cut into bars and serve immediately. Store leftovers in the freezer.
