Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Potatoes with Olive Oil, Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Salt, and Pepper.
- Toss to coat potatoes evenly with the Seasoning.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
