  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Cheese Sauce: In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Salt, and Pepper until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine Cheese Sauce with cooked Pasta. Mix well.
  6. Prepare Coating: In a shallow dish, combine Panko Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese, and minced Garlic. Stir in Melted Butter.
  7. Form Pasta mixture into sticks. Dip each stick into the Coating mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
  8. Place coated sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through.
