  2. In a small bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients.
  3. Rub the Marinade all over the Pork Loin Roast.
  4. Place the Pork Loin Roast in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast for 60-75 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
