Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the Pudding Base ingredients: Yellow Cornmeal, Water, Granulated Sugar, and Salt.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
  3. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, for 20-25 minutes, or until the pudding has thickened to a smooth, creamy consistency.
  4. Remove from heat. To serve, place approximately 1/4 cup of pudding in a bowl and top with 1/4 cup Milk and 1 tbsp Butter. Stir well and enjoy warm.
