Instructions
  1. Place Chicken in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Remove Chicken from pot and let cool slightly. Shred the Chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add Chicken Broth, Onion, Carrots, Celery, and Garlic. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add Egg Noodles and cook according to package directions.
  5. Return shredded Chicken to the pot. Stir in Thyme, Rosemary, Salt, and Pepper. Heat through.
  6. Serve hot.
