4 Hoagie Rolls
4 cups Beef Broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  1. Prepare the Au Jus: In a saucepan, combine all Au Jus ingredients. Bring to a simmer and keep warm.
  2. Make the Horseradish Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all Horseradish Sauce ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Slice hoagie rolls in half and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Layer Roast Beef onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
  6. Spoon a generous amount of Au Jus over the roast beef.
  7. Spread Horseradish Sauce on the top halves of the rolls.
  8. Place sandwiches in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until heated through.
  9. Serve immediately with extra Au Jus for dipping.
