  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Season Chicken with Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet, cook Chicken until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  4. Prepare Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  6. Stir in Gochujang, Soy sauce, Garlic powder, Black pepper, and Cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Combine cooked Pasta, Chicken, and Sauce in a large baking dish.
  8. Top with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with Green onions before serving.
