4 ounces Cream Cheese-softened
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Milk
1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the Corn according to package directions. Drain well.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all Cheese Sauce ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cooked Corn and the Cheese Sauce. Mix well to coat the corn.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the Topping evenly over the corn mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with Green Onion before serving.
