Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Kofta ingredients. Mix well with your hands until evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into small, elongated kofta (about 2-3 inches long).
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the kofta on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned. Alternatively, grill or pan-fry the kofta until cooked through.
- While the kofta are baking, prepare the Yogurt Sauce. In a small bowl, combine all Yogurt Sauce ingredients and stir well.
- Serve the kofta warm with the yogurt sauce. Garnish with extra fresh mint or parsley if desired.
