Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Stir in Salt and Pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked Pasta to the Cheese Sauce and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
