Celery-diced

A simple, flavorful mince sandwich spread perfect for everyday lunches. This recipe uses readily available ingredients and is quick to prepare.
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the Mince over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the Vegetables to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the Sauce ingredients and Seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
- Let cool slightly before serving on bread or crackers.
