🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large saucepan, melt Butter from Sauce ingredients over medium heat. Whisk in Flour from Sauce ingredients and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Chicken broth from Sauce ingredients until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Stir in Milk from Sauce ingredients, Salt, and Pepper from Sauce ingredients. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Add Chicken from Chicken ingredients, mixed Vegetables from Vegetables ingredients, Onion from Vegetables ingredients, and Celery from Vegetables ingredients to the sauce. Stir to combine.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers from Cracker Topping ingredients with melted Butter from Cracker Topping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
