1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/4 cup Chickpea Flour
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Base ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Flavor ingredients.
  3. Add the Flavor mixture to the Base mixture and stir to combine.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all Liquid ingredients.
  5. Gradually add the Liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until elastic.
  6. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty.
  8. Heat Vegetable Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  9. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until browned and firm.
