Olive Garden Stuffed Mushrooms
A classic appetizer replicating the flavors of Olive Garden's stuffed mushrooms, made accessible for home cooking.

A classic appetizer replicating the flavors of Olive Garden's stuffed mushrooms, made accessible for home cooking.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove stems from Mushrooms and set caps aside.
- In a bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well blended.
- Stuff each Mushroom cap with approximately 1 tablespoon of Filling.
- In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in White Wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate. This is the Sauce.
- Place stuffed Mushrooms in a baking dish and pour Sauce over them.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until Mushrooms are tender and Filling is golden brown.
