  1. Melt Butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add Onion from Aromatics and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Garlic from Aromatics and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add Potatoes from Potatoes and Chicken Broth from Liquid. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Carefully mash potatoes with a potato masher or immersion blender until desired consistency is reached (leave some chunks for texture).
  6. Stir in Milk from Liquid, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika from Seasoning. Heat through, but do not boil.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, and Bacon from Garnish.
