Dinner has a soundtrack. 13 songs paced to this 74-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Steam corn on the cob for 8-10 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Set aside.
  3. In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt all Butter Sauce ingredients over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add mussels and clams to the pot. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they open. Discard any that do not open.
  5. Add shrimp and cod to the pot. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and opaque and cod is cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with potatoes and corn on the cob. Garnish with extra parsley, if desired.
