Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cocktail Sauce: Combine all Cocktail Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Cook Potatoes: Boil Red potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook Corn: Boil or grill Corn on the cob until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Steam Mussels: In a large pot, combine Mussels, white wine, and minced Garlic. Cover and steam until mussels open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any mussels that do not open.

  6. Cook Lobster: Grill, bake, or steam Lobster tails until opaque and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
