A simple and comforting salmon loaf, perfect for a weeknight meal. It's a great way to use canned salmon and is a family favorite.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all Salmon, Binder, and Flavor ingredients. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients. Spread evenly over the top of the loaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the loaf is firm and the glaze is bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
