1 lb Italian sausage-sweet or hot, sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 Red onion-cut into wedges
1 Bell pepper-any color, chopped
1 Broccoli florets
1 Carrots-peeled and chopped

A simple and flavorful weeknight meal featuring roasted vegetables and Italian sausage, all cooked on one sheet pan for easy cleanup.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Vegetables with Olive oil, Italian seasoning, Garlic powder, Salt, and Black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Arrange the Sausage pieces amongst the vegetables on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve immediately.
